Job Summary
We are seeking a medical doctor to help students prepare for the USMLE STEP2 exam. The ideal candidate will have passed the STEP2 and STEP3 exams and have at least one to two years prior experience in the exam prep industry. There are no non-compete agreements and doctors are welcome to work with other students outside of our company.
Main requirements
- Work from the STEP2 curriculum set by the NBME but have the flexibility to home in on individual weak areas
- Be able to directly answer student questions and at the same time guide students to the aspects of the material that will most likely appear on the STEP2
- Give advice to students regarding what they could be doing better both in regard to the material and study approaches
Qualifications
- A university medical degree
- One to two years of prior tutoring experience
- Strong knowledge of the USMLE STEP2 exam content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
