American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) position at a Level II trauma center in Sanford, FL, requiring at least 2 years of CVOR experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

Open Heart Surgery unit (CVOR) within an acute care hospital setting

Hospital is designated a Level II trauma center and offers the only full-service cardiovascular program in the region, including open heart surgery, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology

Day shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

13-week contract

Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)

Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR/cardiovascular OR experience required

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Two professional references required (Florida requirement)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
