Looking for:
We offer weekend pay differential, competitive pay, and a referral fee incentive! Positions available for an experienced Resident Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Culpepper Place of Olive Branch is looking for a professional, dedicated, compassionate RA with at least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living.
Basic duties include but are not limited to: assistance with all ADLs as needed including bathing, toileting, hygiene, mobility; meal service/dining room serving; housekeeping/ laundry; activity participation; vital signs and weights.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, pulling and/or pushing
The successful candidate will have these necessary qualities:
Superior work ethic and true desire to work with seniors
Flexibility with a positive, can-do attitude
Teamwork oriented with no task too big or too small
A desire to be a part of a growing community, to contribute where/how needed and unafraid of challenging work
Basic understanding of geriatrics and seniors as related to cognitive impairment, behavior management, effective communication
