Full-Time or Part-Time
Starting Direct-Service Rate: $28–$34 per hour
St. Anthony’s Point is seeking master’s-level clinicians to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team as a Behavior Consultant (BC), Mobile Therapist (MT), or in a combined BC/MT role, depending on qualifications and clinical interests.
We provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents in their homes, schools, and communities. This is a professional clinical position with opportunities to develop skills in assessment, treatment planning, behavioral intervention, clinical interventions, family work, and supervision skills.
We welcome both experienced clinicians and qualified master’s-level professionals who are earlier in their careers and interested in developing their clinical skills.
Full-time and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will depend upon the clinician’s role and may include:
- Provide Behavior Consultation and/or Mobile Therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Complete clinical and behavioral assessments and participate in the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, developmental, social, and family-related concerns.
- Provide services in home, school, and community settings.
- Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, school personnel, and other members of the child’s treatment team.
- Monitor progress and modify interventions based upon the child’s needs and response to treatment.
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), when applicable to the clinician’s role.
- Participate in case consultation, clinical supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.

Applicants must have a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related human-services field and meet Pennsylvania IBHS qualifications for the position.
We encourage applications from:
- Pennsylvania-licensed Behavior Specialists.
- Individuals who meet or are working toward eligibility for Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist licensure.
- Licensed or license-eligible professional counselors, social workers, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and other qualified mental health professionals.
- Master’s-level clinicians with experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Clinicians interested in expanding their experience in child and adolescent behavioral health.
A Behavior Specialist license is not required to apply. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in becoming licensed as a Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania, we are willing to assist qualified candidates with the licensure process.
Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is welcomed but is not required to apply for either the Behavior Consultant or Mobile Therapist position.
BCBA certification is also not required. Candidates with BCBA certification or other advanced credentials are encouraged to apply, with additional compensation available based on credentials, experience, and the services provided.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting direct-service rates range from $28–$34 per hour and are based upon licensure, qualifications, and experience. Additional consideration may be given to highly qualified or experienced candidates.

We are looking for clinicians who enjoy working with children and families, can work independently in community settings, and also value having a clinical team available for consultation and support.
We value clinicians who are dependable, collaborative, willing to learn and teach, and interested in understanding the individual child and family rather than simply focusing on the behavior.
