Clinical Informatics Analyst

What You'll Do:

Design and maintain clinical quality and operational databases

Extract, validate, and analyze clinical and operational data
-
Develop and test clinical measures, metrics, and reporting methodologies

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for clinical and leadership teams

Perform complex SQL queries to support quality initiatives, registries, and regulatory reporting
-
Identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs
-
Support audits, compliance reviews, and special projects
What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Information Systems, Nursing, or a related field required.

Experience: Clinical Data Analyst level: 2–4 years of related experience in clinical data, quality, analytics, or health information systems.

Skills: SQL skills and experience with EHRs and data warehouses. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Licenses/Certifications: CAHIMS or CPHIMS preferred. Registered Nurse preferred
