The Cook or Kitchen Prep will:-
Prepare all meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks) complying with NAEYC Health and safety regulations

Maintain inventory and safeguard the storage of food, equipment and supplies

Assist with food preparation as it relates to special events

Assist in preparation and maintenance of food reports and records as required by the food program, ensuring the kitchen is meeting all Health regulations including proper storage and temperature log

Maintain order, sanitation and cleanliness in the serving of food, including eating utensils, kitchen equipment and storage area

Requisition purchases and maintain adequate food
Education, Experience, and Required Skills-
Foodservice Sanitation Certificate required

Two or more years of related experience

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
