We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, financial performance, client relationships, field coordination, and team leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously
- Prepare and oversee electrical estimating for small and large-scale commercial.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and profitability
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Conduct project meetings and provide executive-level reporting
- Maintain strong customer relationships and pursue repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Require 50% travel to the job sites in central Mississippi.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an electrical project manager or in a similar role within the construction industry required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
