We are proud to practice Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) using EMS Airflow® technology as our standard of care — not as an “add-on,” but as how we do hygiene. Training will be provided if you have not used the system!

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $68–$75/hour (DOE)
Signing Bonus Available

Who You Are
- Licensed RDH in Washington State
- Clinically thorough and detail-oriented
- Excited about modern hygiene protocols like GBT
- Strong communicator and patient educator
- Comfortable diagnosing and discussing periodontal care
