Job Overview
We are seeking a self motivated, Honest and experienced Seamless Gutter Installer / Foreman to lead our installation team in delivering high-quality gutter solutions. This role combines hands-on installation expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your technical skills and leadership ability will drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and supervise installation crews in seamless gutter installation, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively on-site
- Manage construction site activities including material handling, fabrication, and fixture installation
- Conduct quality inspections of installed gutters, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, caulking, and finishing
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule work phases, order materials, and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Skills
- Extensive experience with seamless gutter systems installation and related construction trades such as roofing, carpentry, masonry, and restoration
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and site inspection procedures
- Skilled in operating power tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding, and other construction machinery
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems (including schematics), fixture installation, and general remodeling techniques
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards and quality control
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
