About the Role:
Job Title: Project Manager – Customer Communications & Campaign Delivery
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Project Manager to support customer communication initiatives.
- In this role, you will manage multiple communication campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer-facing communications.
- You will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10–12 concurrent projects and communication campaigns simultaneously.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple communication channels, including Direct Mail, Email, Website, and Mobile App placements.
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Escalate roadblocks and timeline impacts when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Participate in project kickoffs, prioritization meetings, problem-solving sessions, and operational reviews.
- Support preparation of project materials and status updates for leadership reviews when required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, follow up effectively, and ensure accountability to timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with project management tools; Workfront experience is highly preferred.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior managers, business owners, and creative teams.
- Experience in customer communications, marketing campaigns, or agency environments is an advantage.
Location: Riverwoods, IL/Richmond, VA (Hybrid Onsite role)
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary?for this position is between [$60,000–$65,000 annually] .? Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
