Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour (based on experience) + shift differentials
Job Overview
Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance, while preserving dignity and comfort.
- Comfort & Safety Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Meaningful Engagement: Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to foster a welcoming, home-like atmosphere.
- Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with facility standards.
- Accurate Documentation: Record and communicate changes in condition, care provided, and resident needs clearly and promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
- Quality of Life Support: Encourage and assist residents with activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Florida
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
