I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where I’m focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up.
Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and I’m always looking for ways to stay connected.
Our agency offers PTO, sick days, a life insurance policy, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and flexibility with work schedules. I believe in supporting my team so they can succeed both at work and at home.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Curtis Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
