Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Locations: Worcester, Massachusetts
Duration: 3-months contract (3-months extension)
Schedule: 25 hours day (5-hours x 5-days)
Responsibilities:
- Assesses client and family to ascertain emotional and social problems. Utilizes psychosocial/SUD assessment tools as a guideline.
- Identifies those issues which must be addressed during the client's care, and formulates plan.
- Reports any and all suspected cases of abuse and neglect and follows up to ensure client receives timely comprehensive consultations and compliance with legal mandates.
- Identifies need to involve client's family through the initial assessment process.
- Consults and collaborates with team members to ensure that client's emotional and social needs are addressed.
Requirements:
- Must have a Master level clinician.
- 1 year of experience with Adolescent.
- Looking for a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
