What You'll Do

Perform advanced diagnostics on BMW, Mini, and Land Rover vehicles

Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards

Minimize comebacks through thorough testing and attention to detail

Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, and repair recommendations

Work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a collaborative environment
What We're Looking For

5+ years of European automotive repair experience

Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Strong productivity and efficiency record

History of low comeback rates and quality workmanship

Professional, organized, and process-oriented mindset

Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Commitment to continued learning and professional growth

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

ASE Certifications preferred
