Job Summary
PBHG is looking for an energetic personnel to join our restaurant team. We are growing fast which allows room for marketing opportunities. The correct hire would work in a fun filled environment with ample growth opportunities.
Qualities required are as follows:
· Demonstrated ability to expand new business within the restaurant industry
· Experience in restaurant required
· Outside sales experience required
· Must be comfortable cold-calling
· Strong orientation in new Business Development
· Experienced in marketing, PR, and social media platforms
· Self-motivated, energetic, possess excellent relationship building skills, and be able to conduct oneself with professionalism and discretion
· Ability to work independently and with professional discretion under minimal
supervision, prioritizing and multitasking as needed
· Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
· Excellent management, time-management, decision making and problem-solving skills
· Maintain a professional “look” at all times
Job Duties:
· Maintain accurate records on all accounts, vendor, coordination, cold call activity and
reporting requirements, etc.
· Develops plans to proactively seek out new business and develops relationships to
win business.
. Handles all the reviews and Social Media pages.
. Should be willing to multi-task and be involved in the store operations when needed.
Willing to work and plan any events that may come up.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
