Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist with Endodontic experience to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, including specialized areas such as endodontics, You will utilize advanced dental technologies and adhere to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical and dental terminology.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass restorative, endodontic.
- Carry out dental procedures such as , root canal therapy. Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain accurate medical records while complying with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care, fostering a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
- Maintain proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Dentrix, or similar platforms for seamless documentation of medical records and treatment notes.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures to continually improve patient outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with a focus on Endodontics.
- Demonstrated expertise in Endodontics (including root canal therapy),
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards, medical imaging techniques, anatomy principles related to dentistry, and healthcare diagnosis processes.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients about their oral health needs clearly and empathetically.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations along with state healthcare laws governing medical documentation and patient privacy is essential.
