Scope
The Rapid Administrative Services contract is a base plus four Option Year (OY) contract between the United States Navy (USN) and C3-Innovations, Inc. (C3-I) that provides personnel support to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division. The NAWCAD WOLF ASI Division provides the rapid insertion and transition of advanced technologies, systems, sensors, and weapons to enable Programs of Record (PoRs), as well as deliver direct insertion of capabilities to meet urgent fleet needs. The ASI Division works with customers and sponsors to identify capability gaps and requirements; to develop programmatic strategies; to conduct technology development, article testing, and evaluation; and to support technology insertion. C3-I and its subcontractors provide administrative support and logistics support to projects within the ASI Portfolio. Specifically, the ASI Division requires C3-I and its subcontractors to provide professional support services to the ASI Division in support of Department of Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agency projects. The projects supported include, but are not limited to, airborne systems, advanced capabilities, datalink systems, and mission systems ranging from small prototype projects through ACAT I PORs. As such, support services required for these projects vary in accordance with the customer, sponsor, stakeholder, and organization objectives.
Tasking
C3-I is tasked with providing administrative support for multiple ASI projects. Specific duties include:
- Providing reception support to key ASI buildings and facilities.
- Coordinating Conference Room scheduling and attendance.
- Coordinating procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies.
- Assisting with processing unclassified and classified correspondence and naval messages.
- Supporting ASI personnel travel requirements and informing ASI personnel information related to travel policy changes/updates.
- Coordinating ASI incoming and outgoing visit requests.
- Supporting preparation and tracking of telephone, Information Technology, and office moves through the Base Telephone Office, Navy and Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) and Infrastructure Business Operations Navy (NAVAIR/NAWC) Support
- Coordinating/Submitting individual Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations/vouchers for both INCONUS/OCONUS
- Supporting ASI and outside agency meetings by presenting agendas, documentation, briefings and preparing meeting minutes.
