We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
Duties
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems
- Install new HVAC systems according to building codes and manufacturer specifications
- Provide solutions for customers based on findings from our diagnostic
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations or repairs
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate value to customers
- Certification or license in HVAC maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of property maintenance, equipment repair, appliance repair, and plumbing is a plus
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
