We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Client Specialist to resolve client concerns and issues by working to find solutions within the company. The Client Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship between the company and the client. You will be the face of the company to each assigned client, interfacing with them via Webex, speaking directly over the phone, and/or communicating via email. You must possess the ability to quickly prioritize responsibilities in order to efficiently execute a myriad of tasks pertaining to your assigned clients/files. You will be organized and reliable as well as results-oriented. The goal is to ensure excellent service in order to foster sustainable business growth. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and take initiative when necessary to ensure attorney clients are happy clients.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound and outbound calls from your assigned clients in order to ensure excellent service
- Identify and rectify gaps in service by collaborating with other departments in order to optimize results
- Input data into our proprietary system to communicate effectively with clients and appropriate departments throughout the company
- Retain knowledge of state-specific laws and regulations as they apply to your assigned clients
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Extreme attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
