<Duties>
- Operate hydraulic cranes with precision to lift, move, and position construction materials such as steel beams, concrete panels, and heavy machinery on-site.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment to ensure safety and functionality before each shift.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and ground personnel to plan lifting sequences and ensure safe load handling.
- Follow all safety protocols, including load limits, signaling procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Maintain detailed logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with the setup of crane positioning, including stabilizers and outriggers, for optimal operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of lifting tasks.

- Proven experience operating hydraulic cranes in construction environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of crane systems, load charts, and safety features.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and load specifications accurately.
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience
