Production Technician – Wood Products
Compensation: $26–34 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Location: Denver Metro Area
About the Opportunity
We are a privately owned manufacturer of custom wood products and are seeking a dependable Production Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position in a wood products manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
As a small and growing company, this position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership, develop specialized skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process wood materials for production
- Operate wood finishing equipment and machinery
- Sand, finish, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement of shop processes
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Strong attention to detail & finish quality
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and machinery
- Experience operating a forklift for loading & unloading
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Wood sanding & finishing
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Millwork
- Production or warehouse environments

Compensation & Growth
