Overview
The clinic is seeking a motivated and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing wellness clinic. This role is well suited for a nurse who enjoys hands-on patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable supporting both clinical and operational needs of a small, evolving practice.
The LPN will support daily clinic operations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care under the direction of licensed providers. This role offers meaningful patient interaction and the opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic wellness clinic.
Duties
- Rooming patients and performing patient intake
- Administering injections and infusions within LPN scope of practice and training
- Starting IVs and performing blood draws, as permitted by Nebraska regulations and clinic policy
- Monitoring patients during treatments and reporting changes to providers
- Accurate and timely charting and documentation using EMR systems
- Managing computer-based tasks and electronic medical records
- Assisting with clinic flow and daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
- Collaborating closely with providers, RNs, and administrative staff
Experience & Qualifications
- Active Nebraska LPN license in good standing IV therapy training and competency, as required by Nebraska regulations
- Strong phlebotomy and injection skills
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and computer-based documentation
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a wellness, infusion, aesthetic, or outpatient clinic setting is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
