Sterling MT Program is hiring a Client Account Associate to support a growing telecommunications campaign in the Rockford area. As a Client Account Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and client accounts to assist with account setup, account support, and customer service tied to wireless and internet services. This is an entry level client account role — no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do as a Client Account Associate
- Connect: Work with customers and client accounts to provide clear customer service and support
- Manage: Assist with client account setup, account updates, and account management tasks
- Explain: Walk customers through available services and help them understand options
- Support: Handle basic customer support and account-related questions
- Track: Maintain records of client accounts, customer interactions, and account activity
- Contribute: Support daily goals related to customer service, account support, and sales activity
