Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

Brush and Roll Painting: Proficient in applying coatings using brushes and rollers on various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Surface Preparation: Experience with cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a high-quality result.

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify imperfections and perform touch-ups to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

Knowledge of Paint Types and Materials: Familiarity with commercial-grade paints and coatings, including appropriate application techniques for different surfaces and environments.
Required Tools:
All candidates must have their own tools, including:

Broad knife
-
Putty knife
-
Screwdrivers
-
2-4' rolling pole
-
Paint brushes
Additional Skills:

Ability to interpret project specifications and follow detailed instructions.

Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Physical stamina and the ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.

Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
