Duties:
- Driver and Leader for Lawn Maintenance Crew (Driver's License and Clean driving record required)
- Follow phone app scheduling and use of CompanyCam for Photos (Phone allowance included)
- Assist with Snow Plowing and Ice Management during winter months
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and well-maintained landscape
- Previous experience in Landscaping or Groundskeeping preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and mechanical equipment used in Landscaping
The Maintenance Crew Leader position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team with 2 to 3 members. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces while gaining valuable experience in the landscaping industry.
