Staff Pharmacist – Retail & Closed-Door Pharmacy

Gateway Pharmacy is a locally owned, independent pharmacy with five locations serving the Bismarck-Mandan community. This position includes responsibilities in our retail pharmacies as well as our centralized pharmacy operations.
We're looking for a part time or full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in both retail and closed-door pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities
- Accurately review and verify prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and disease state management.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Practice in both retail and closed-door pharmacy settings, supporting efficient prescription processing and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, quality assurance, and controlled substance security.
- Contribute ideas that improve workflow, efficiency, and patient care.

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Typical schedule includes one evening shift per week and one weekend per month.
- Position includes responsibilities in both retail and closed-door pharmacy settings.
Qualifications
- Active North Dakota Pharmacist license, or eligible to obtain licensure prior to employment.
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and professional excellence.
