Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor who is passionate about helping students develop confidence, discipline, respect, perseverance, and physical fitness through martial arts instruction. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and able to build positive relationships with students across multiple grade levels while maintaining a structured, safe, and encouraging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging martial arts lessons that promote character development, self-discipline, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits.

Experience Required:
- Martial Arts Instruction: Minimum 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching children and adolescents across multiple age groups Strong classroom and behavior management skills
- Ability to motivate, encourage, and build confidence in students of varying skill levels
- Knowledge of age-appropriate martial arts techniques, safety procedures, and conditioning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for developing students both physically and personally through martial arts
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging martial arts lessons for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Teach age-appropriate martial arts techniques, forms, drills, conditioning, self-defense, and character development
- Foster discipline, respect, confidence, perseverance, sportsmanship, and teamwork in every class
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment while ensuring proper technique and injury prevention
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying ages, abilities, and experience levels
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous growth
- Organize and maintain martial arts equipment and instructional materials
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support school-wide initiatives and student success
- Assist with school performances, demonstrations, assemblies, field days, and other special events as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, performance, and behavior
- Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events
- Promote and model the school's values, expectations, and professional standards at all times
