Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 in home Massage Therapy to individuals with disabilities.
- Work with families to create goals and objectives that address the needs and deficits of each client.
- Submit documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, quarterly reports, and related paperwork.
- Complete reports and forms in accordance with Lanai Therapies, LLC policies.
- Conduct initial in home evaluations (if necessary) and complete corresponding assessment forms.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, caregivers, caseworkers, co-workers and community members.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Job Requirements: (all licenses, certifications, insurance and documents must be current).
- LMT
- CPR/AED Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
- License to practice within the state of Texas
- Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit).
- Successfully complete Criminal Background Check and Medicaid Fraud Check.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
- LMT certification is required
