Clean Your Dirty Face Carrollwood is looking for a Front Desk Sales Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is not a typical front desk role — we are looking for someone who is confident in sales, customer experience, and membership conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and deliver an exceptional in-studio experience
- Sell memberships, enhancements, and skincare products
- Rebook clients and maximize appointment value
- Answer calls, texts, and manage bookings
- Assist with local marketing efforts and social media support
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (retail, fitness, med spa, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and closing sales
- Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in skincare/wellness is a plus
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
