Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with care
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support in cashiering duties, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively
- Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
