Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Front Counter Team Member to be the face of our store. This role is responsible for taking orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service while keeping the front area organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Take accurate food orders in person and over the phone
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Package food orders correctly for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and beverage station
- Restock items such as drinks, bags, condiments, and utensils
- Answer customer questions about menu items
- Assist with light prep or support tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule Requirements
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be dependable with consistent attendance
