Mulligan’s Pub is looking for a hardworking, confident, and experienced server and bartender to join our team! We need someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring prompt service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Follow all alcohol service and food safety regulations
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure a great guest experience
Job Requirements:
- Experience required in both serving and bartending
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus
- TAM or ServSafe certifications preferred
- Must be available for daytime and weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
Compensation & Benefits:
- $6/hour for serving + tips
- $8/hour for bartending + tips
