Maintenance & Equipment Repair Technician
Job Summary - Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial cleaning equipment, in our Crofton, MD office. Maintenance Technician duties to include electrical repairs, plumbing and general carpentry.
Qualifications
- Skill and knowledge required with previous experience in commercial equipment repair and handyman work/repairs
- Ability to apply basic understanding to carry out instructions in written and oral form
- Ability to lift and carry objects heavy objects, required to stand, crouch, and climb for repairs, use ladders and perform various types of manual labor
- Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold rain and or snow
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse for the equipment
- Ability to hook a trailer hitch and pull a trailer up to 24'
- Capacity to work independently
- Drug and Alcohol free workplace
- Safe driving record
- Bilingual Required - English/Spanish
- Criminal Background check required
