We are hiring a Rockstar Clinical Liaison to support our fast-paced, multifaceted, and patient-focused clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, taking on a variety of responsibilities, and being part of a team with a bigger mission.
What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities may include:
- Serving as the patient’s first and last point of contact
- Greeting patients warmly and helping them feel comfortable and cared for
- Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk
- Answering phone calls, messages, and patient questions
- Collecting payments and assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Providing hands-on support to the practitioner and helping with patient flow
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with day-to-day clinical operations
- Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming — including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, organizing rooms, and other basic housekeeping tasks
- Handling small behind-the-scenes responsibilities that help the clinic run smoothly
- Helping with marketing and social media, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assisting with creating and posting social media content
Experience with Canva, social media management, content creation, photography, or video editing is a big plus.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that every patient walking through our door deserves to feel like the most important person in the room.

Healthcare or medical office experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

Current Schedule
We are currently looking for someone who can work:
Monday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 pm OR 7:00 PM
There may also be occasional weekend commitments when the clinic participates in community events.
Additional hours may become available as the clinic continues to grow.
You must be available for BOTH Monday and Wednesday shifts. If you cannot consistently work both days, please do not apply.
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay: $21/hour
We conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance reviews, with opportunities for raises based on individual performance, increased responsibilities, and overall clinic growth.

- Are you consistently available to work BOTH Mondays from 8:30 AM–1:00 PM and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM–7:00 PM? Additionally, do you have flexibility to work additional days or occasionally adjust your schedule when the clinic gets busier or when another team member needs schedule coverage?
- A patient arrives frustrated and upset because they have been dealing with chronic pain for years. How would you interact with this patient and help them feel cared for?
- You notice the practitioner is busy with patients, the front desk needs attention, a treatment room needs to be reset, and there are several small tasks that need to be completed. What would you do?
