We are a family-owned and operated gas station looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cashier to join our team. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
- Assist customers with questions and product purchases
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise
- Keep the store and checkout area clean and organized
- Follow cash-handling, safety, and security procedures
- Handle age-restricted sales according to applicable laws and company policies
- Work cooperatively with other team members
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer-service experience is a plus
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help customers and support the team
- Must meet applicable age requirements for selling age-restricted products
