Academic InnovationMentoring (AIM) Coordinator
Sedro-Woolley Club | BoysGirls Clubs of Skagit County
Part-Time (25–29 hrs/week) | $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ
We believe some of the most meaningful learning happens when kids are simply having fun. The right game can build math skills. A STEM challenge can spark curiosity and critical thinking. A great book can open new possibilities. A trusted mentor can help a young person discover confidence they didn't know they had.
That's the kind of environment we're creating at BoysGirls Clubs of Skagit County.
As our Academic InnovationMentoring (AIM) Coordinator, you'll lead engaging academic experiences that don't feel like school. Through STEM activities, literacy, homework support, mentoring, and hands-on enrichment, you'll help members build skills, gain confidence, and discover that learning can be exciting.
This role is about much more than academics. You'll build relationships with youth, collaborate with schools, families, volunteers, and fellow Club staff, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where every member feels supported. You'll also jump into the day-to-day life of the Club, assisting with activities and helping wherever needed to ensure kids have a high-quality experience.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping young people succeed. If you enjoy finding new ways to make learning engaging, believe every child deserves someone in their corner, and understand that the biggest victories often start with a little encouragement, we'd love to meet you.
If this sounds like the kind of work that inspires you, don't wait-we encourage you to apply today.
