Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Installer & Technician professionals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and efficiency in their properties. Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and related mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct repairs on equipment such as , air conditioners, boilers, furnaces, split systems.
- Diagnose issues related to property maintenance, air conditioning failures, and other mechanical problems in various settings
- Utilize field service techniques to provide prompt service technician support at client sites
- Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on repairs performed, and document system conditions for future reference
Skills
- Strong construction background with experience in installing HVAC systems
- Proven service technician experience with a focus on HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing, boiler operation, and general equipment repair
- Field service expertise with excellent problem-solving skills in diverse environments
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and air conditioning system troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as gas sniffers, combustions analyze
- Mechanical or technician experience in boiler operation or maintenance is highly desirable

Pay: $28.87 - $36.00 per hour
