Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Guaranteed 32 hours (expect 32–40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $1,400 – $1,404/week

What You’ll Do:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
- Active COTA license (TX)
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
