This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone with proven dental office management experience who understands the business of dentistry just as well as they understand building strong teams and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while creating an environment where both patients and team members can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the administrative team
- Driving practice performance through strong scheduling, treatment acceptance, and operational excellence
- Managing patient relations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
- Hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Working closely with doctors and leadership to support continued growth
- Maintaining efficient workflows and high operational standards
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates who have:
- Minimum of 2 years of dental office management experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and collections
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- The ability to hold team members accountable while building a positive culture
- Confidence working with practice metrics and driving results
