Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced breakfast and lunch line cook for a small family owned and operated restaurant.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with consistency, and ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
- Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines to deliver visually appealing plates.
- Assist in daily breakfast and lunch specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, including proper knife skills, sanitation procedures, and allergen management.
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus Ameican Breakfast and Lunch Dishes
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Join us as an Experienced Line Cook.
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
