We’re looking for an AI expert who loves building and applying AI to real-world problems.
Your mission: help us transform how tax returns are prepared using AI.
You’ll work alongside experienced tax professionals to understand the tax preparation process and build AI-powered solutions that automate and improve tasks such as:
· Reading and extracting data from tax documents
· Identifying missing or inconsistent information
· Comparing current-year information to prior-year returns
· Automating data entry and workpaper preparation
· Building AI agents to perform multi-step tax preparation tasks
· Using AI to review returns and identify potential errors
What We’re Looking For
· Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents
· Strong technical and problem-solving skills
· Experience building AI-powered applications or automated workflows
· Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and improve solutions
· Focus on accuracy, reliability, and measurable results
· Aptitude for rapidly grasping and navigating complex new domains
Python, APIs, document AI, workflow automation, and accounting or tax prep experience are a plus.
