Goodfellas Italian Kitchen is a family-owned Italian restaurant and pizzeria known for quality ingredients, great customer service, and authentic Italian food. We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker who takes pride in their craft and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand
- Build and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Prepare sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and other toppings
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
- Ensure food is prepared quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen prep as needed
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Pay: $18.00 per hour
