We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in North Scottsdale. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys managing the full accounts receivable cycle, revenue tracking, billing operations, and financial reporting while working closely with project teams and leadership.

Manage customer invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliations, and AR balances within the ERP system

Prepare invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, project milestones, and billing schedules

Monitor AR aging reports and coordinate collections on outstanding balances

Apply customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies

Support revenue recognition activities and maintain accurate billing and revenue records

Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue-related general ledger accounts during month-end close

Prepare AR, billing, collection, revenue, and cash receipt reports for management

Track project billings against contract values, change orders, and approved project scope

Resolve invoice disputes and billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams

Assist with cash flow forecasting and revenue planning

Develop and maintain SOPs and accounting controls

Support internal and external audits with documentation and reconciliations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, or related accounting experience

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting

Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and revenue accounting principles

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
