Earn up to $20,000+ extra per year mentoring new drivers:
Guaranteed Trainer Base: $250/week minimum just for training.
Mileage Bonus: Extra $0.05 CPM on all weekly miles above 1,875.
Student Upgrade Bonus: Up to $400 for every successfully graduated student.
Qualifications for Trainers: 1 year OTR experience, 30 days with our fleet, clean driving record.
CDL License: Valid Class A CDL (Must be 21 years or older).
Experience: Minimum 90+ days of solo verifiable OTR experience.
Driving Record: Clean MVR (No DUI within the last 5 years; No SAP program history).
Screening: Must pass standard DOT physical and drug/alcohol screens.
