We are seeking a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to greet visitors with a warm welcome, operate multiple telephone line system and two-way radio systems.
The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.
Job highlights:
- Night shift Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays 6:15pm to 7:15am.
- Receive all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate extension.
- Greet hospital visitors and provide hospital information and direction.
- Dispatch alarm messages and contact appropriate hospital personnel in event of emergency.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate with all hospital departments, visitors and emergency personnel.
- Strong customer service.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
Starting hourly rate $18.50 (includes night differential).
