Medical Assistant – Suffolk Vascular Associates
Locations: Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, Riverhead, NY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)

Suffolk Vascular Associates is a fast-paced vascular surgery practice with in-office surgical suites at all three of our locations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is reliable, outgoing, and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and admit patients for office visits and in-office surgical procedures
- Update and maintain patient records in our electronic health record system (Epic)
- Provide basic wound care and assist physicians as needed
- Support daily clinical operations in a high-volume setting
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between all three office locations (Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, Riverhead)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience
- Comprehensive training and support provided

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
