Smile Mission is a rapidly growing dental organization opening new clinics across multiple states. We are looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our Expansion Team and help set up and support new dental offices.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and traveling to new locations. No dental experience is required — we will train you.
Team members travel to different cities to help prepare new clinics for opening and assist existing offices with equipment and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up new dental clinics
- Install and assemble dental equipment and furniture
- Help connect and organize equipment (chairs, monitors, computers, tools, etc.)
- Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot small operational issues in clinics
- Travel between clinic locations to support operations
- Work closely with the Smile Mission expansion and operations teams
Travel
This position requires frequent travel.
- Travel to different cities and states to help open new clinics
- Company covers hotel or Airbnb accommodations
- Company vehicle provided for long-distance travel when needed
- Travel expenses are covered
Training
No dental experience is required.
We provide training on:
- Dental equipment setup
- Clinic systems and workflows
- Operational support tasks
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Basic handyman or mechanical skills
- Ability to travel regularly
- Problem-solving mindset
- Reliable and organized
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
- Handyman work
- Maintenance technician
- Construction
- Equipment installation
- Mechanical or technical work
