Etowah Valley Golf Club
The Cart Staff at Etowah Valley Golf Club is responsible for delivering an outstanding golf experience by ensuring golf carts, practice facilities, and guest services are maintained to the highest standards. This position plays a key role in the daily operation of the golf course by providing friendly customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart fleet, and assisting golfers before and after their rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play.
- Wash, fuel, and charge carts after each use.
- Maintain the practice range by picking the range, cleaning golf balls, and restocking the ball dispenser.
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags.
- Ensure the cart staging area, bag drop, and practice facilities remain clean and organized.
- Monitor cart usage and report any mechanical or maintenance issues.
- Assist with tournament and outing preparation, including staging carts and setting up course materials.
- Follow all golf course safety procedures and club policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Golf Professional Staff.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to work extended periods outdoors in heat, cold, or rain.
- Ability to safely operate golf carts and maintenance equipment.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
