Job Summary:
MegaKC is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of civil and/or water/wastewater construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning, execution, and financial performance-while leading teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project success-guiding teams, coordinating across disciplines, and keeping every phase moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Oversee contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement
- Partner with field teams to keep projects on schedule
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Lead project closeout and turnover
Skills/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Vista, Bid2Win, etc.) preferred
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- Waste Water: 2 years (Preferred)
- Concrete : 2 years (Required)
