CCI Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead anesthesia services at Astera Health – Wadena Clinic, Minnesota. This role combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily anesthesia operations while working closely with surgeons, hospital leadership and CCI Anesthesia’s clinical and operational teams.
The Chief CRNA will support scheduling coordination, team communication and quality initiatives while helping maintain a collaborative and stable anesthesia practice. The structured 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation provides meaningful time away from the hospital throughout the year, allowing for both leadership engagement and long-term work-life balance.
